Any of these methods include a free tailored inscription inside each book. Remember, you can always go to Amazon.com to order your copy of Joe Sails. And in Early 2004 your local bookstores will have access to my international distributor – Biblio Distribution Inc.

The Invoice Plan is the easiest and the quickest method for you. Simply send an email from your company email address with all of your information (address, phone number etc.) on it.

Please remember to include how many copies of the book (limit of 3) you would like. You will be invoiced for the full amount plus the taxes and delivery charges.

The more standard approach allows for our customers to submit their order specifications while their payment is in route. This method is typically utilized for larger orders. We call it the “Process Now Pay Later” plan.

All orders will be prepared for shipping, and will shipped after the funds have been distributed. This will reduce the turn around time. Average delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

The third method is via an order form. The printable order form is completed and mailed to Lone Tree Publishing Inc. with the appropriate payment. Average delivery is 2-3 weeks.

Corporate clients will be happy to note that some of our strategic partners offer discounts for large orders. They also offer other services that may appeal to the implementation of the lessons in Joe Sails.
