They are now a dedicated, enthusiastic group working together. wrong: It's been difficult. A few people have left. I have been burnt more times than I care to remember. Some-truly believe that doing right by the employees is the right thing to do.

I've motivated and encouraged them to want to do the best they can. They care, but now it's time to take them to the next level.

Now, there must be concrete, results-oriented processes to ensure the business thrives. What good is a good attitude if the business is foundering?

So it was hard to realize that my work was done and that I needed someone with better skills to manage the operations. That was a difficult decision.

I have never professed to be an expert, far from it.

However, I'm the one putting in 80 hours a week, week in and week out.Yet couldn't get the employees to the next level.
